Don't recommend first time ordering from there accidently ordered something I am allergic to because online was a bit confusing. Called immediately and asked if I could bring it back and replace it with what I coudl eat they told me to be more careful next time and call. Now I have food I can't eat. Rude and inconsiderant.

Have been dining now and again for about a decade. The hibachi, apps, and sushi are very good, you can call in easily for takeout, and they have nice tea and soft drink options. Staff has always been friendly, facility is clean, a small but comfortable space.

Don’t bother to order, you won’t get your food. I placed an order through DoorDash at 5:42pm estimated arrival was 6:32pm -6;47pm. Kept getting delayed. I finally called at 7:15pm and they told me it would be another 15-20 minutes. 7:45pm and order still hadn’t been ready. I gave up at that point and cancelled order. Terrible. This was the Domo 7 in Chester.

Lovely staff, very accommodating to your dietary needs and tastes. Delicious variety of hot teas and even bubble tea. Hibachi is tasty and has high quality meats/seafood. Child friendly.

I haven't tried the hibachi....yet. I have been here a few times now and have never been disappointed. The sushi is top shelf, and the staff are very friendly.
I personally LOVED the experience, because I got the show, and our chef, named Jason, did an excellent job on cooking all the food perfectly. the service itself was great, would recommend.
Was good, now service is well below average. Waited 10 min for a table with my son, and a group of 5 that just walked in got seated before us.

So I’ve been going to the Domo in Whitehouse station for years. I love the veggie lovers bento box and have never had any problems at the Whitehouse location. Since whitehouse is too far away for me to grab and go, I ordered online at the Chester location. But here, the veggie lover box comes with shrimp tempura, which didn’t make much sense to me but I figure next time I order online, just specify in the order notes that I can’t have shrimp. The second time I ordered I did just that, but when I get home I discover there is shrimp despite my note. So today I thought let me go in and ask, maybe I’m the one missing something. They said veggie lover comes with only veggies (unlike the tofu box which will come with shrimp and California roll). Surely, I thought, surely it won’t have shrimp this time because I thought I was very clear about what I was ordering and that I didn’t want shrimp in my food, but I get home and sure enough there is shrimp. I dont know how to win here. ?

This is now the second time I place an online pickup/ takeout order way in advance (30 min) and it’s still not ready. When there is literally no one dining at the restaurant. Please pay more attention to your online orders.

It was our fist and last time at Domo restaurant. We ordered different sushi roles: Avocados were too dark and looked like the sushi wasn't freshly made. Carrots and Asparagus in the Veggie roll were totally not chewable and the taste was sour awful.I would not go back again.
