The staff at this location on Rt 206 in Chester are wonderful. Especially the personable, cheerful and kind young man who was working the register today at 2:10 pm, Oct 7. Also the restroom was neat and clean.

I stop by on Sundays around 5pm to pick up a donut for my Mom who is in a nursing home and they are always out of the only 3 donuts she likes - no chocolate glazed, no apple filled or plain with chocolate top. It’s now three consecutive weeks. Ridiculous that they don’t make enough to have them available at 5pm when they close at 8pm. Mismanagement. I mean this store should be called Dunkin’ No Donuts.

We ordered a drink that costed $5.21 after tax BUT they charged us $8.40 even they the employee specifically told us $5.21. Then when confronted about it, they tried only refunding 3 dollars instead of the $3.19. When we asked them why, they said that they would refuse to pay the rest because it was taxes even though we had already paid for the tax on the $8.40 they charged us. They also refused to give us a receipt when asked even though we saw her print out the receipt and then throw it away right under the table.

Stale Donuts at 7:30 am is not acceptable.And then to be berated at pickup about ordering too many strawberry donuts (1 dozen) is rude. If the shop requires 48hr notice then the application should allow for clients to adjust the pickup time and order 2 days in advance.
