Stale Donuts at 7:30 am is not acceptable.And then to be berated at pickup about ordering too many strawberry donuts (1 dozen) is rude. If the shop requires 48hr notice then the application should allow for clients to adjust the pickup time and order 2 days in advance.

This restaurant is great I come here every Saturday and Sunday for a large breakfast order and the food always comes out right, the woman that takes our order named Bre is always happy and has a great mood on always is sure to ask about her customers and makes the Dunkin that much better than the rest!

pre- ordered 3 dozen for a birthday party. Very disappointed in the Chester location. Didn't get what I ordered the donuts were all different sizes and tasted awful. I threw them out. Hope they run the new Mendham location with more pride than the Chester location.
The coffee tasted like water, and they didn't put in enough hazelnut syrup because I could barely taste it.

I only really get the cheddar bagel twists here and while they always taste fine the shape is very inconsistent. Some are perfect twists and others are like a bagel balloons, it's actually fun to guess what kind will be in my bag on any given morning.
