Not sure what happened today. Usually the food is soo good you an eat it an hour later. My burger today was extremely dry, the onions were not caramelized, chopped dry onion. Very disappointed.

Whether its the fact that the store is understaffed or 2 gentleman that were there don't care to pay attention. Completelly butchered our order , nor do they look like they really care. Never going ever again

I’ve been dining with this Five Guys for many years now. In the past, I’ve had nothing but good things to say. I’ve always loved the burgers and fries and shakes. The process and ingredients and price make it a preferred take out destination when I’m not able to cook or want to get something nice for my family.
Tonight, and the last few trips, have been disappointing. The fries have been extremely bitter. Either the oil needs to be changed more regularly, they are being cooked too long, sitting out too long, or improperly seasoned. It could even be a possibility of a combination of the issues listed above.
I want bring this to the attention of the owner. If we keep getting bad fries that I feel like I need to drench in ketchup to eat, I might have to find another burger joint to make my regular stop.

It’s Five Guys! You know what you’re going to get. A satisfying burger (get the bacon burger it has better texture) and delicious fries. And peanuts, lots and lots of free peanuts. This one is super clean and the staff (Steve) is super friendly and polite.

Got denied for dine in . They told me no dogs allowed when MY DOG is a SERVICE ANIMAL! I ain't wanting no take out. I wanted to dine in with my fiance and relax!.

$8 for a dixie cup of fries?! This is the only five guys I've ever been to that doesn't give extra bag fries… not worth it the price. Won’t be back to this location.
The food was perfect! I came in right before closing, and the staff was super nice, welcoming, and went the extra way to ensure my meal was perfect. Despite the fact they were trying to close soon. Will be back very soon!

Lashes in my shake, no gloves, worker staring at me and licking his lips, 50 dollars for 2 meals, greasy floors, 30 minutes even though I was the only one there. Bacon was good though plus one star
