Why is half of your menu unavailable when you are open? If you are open until 10pm, you are open. To not have a main staple or your restaurant, fries, available simply because your staff wanted to shut off the fryers and clean up the station PRIOR to closing, is a bit off putting. I managed a restaurant for years and I would have never told a customer something wasn't available for that reason.

We placed an order ahead of time, were running late, and the order still was not ready.$50 for two cheeseburgers and fries (and milkshake) is ridiculous for how slow this place is and how frequently they mess up the order.We ended up canceling for a refund and going to Wendy's.

Absolute slowest store I’ve ever been in. Three employees, and two of them are sitting around doing nothing. One of them was eating fries out of the fry warmer. Then because the two employees doing nothing weren’t paying attention, they ran out of fries. Took almost 20 minutes for them to make one cheeseburger and a medium cup of fries. The order was placed 10-15 min before I even got there on top of that. Terrible.

Will never, ever go back.It was a busy Friday after work. No problem, it is understood that orders are going to take longer so I place the order and prepare to wait. I go to use the men's room and there is a deposit in one of the toilets that a blue whale could not match. Oh gee, that whet my appetite. The manager was alerted and staff went to take care of it, however, what the flip? After quite a while the order of three cheeseburgers and fries came out. Yey. A samplng of the fries was akin to eating greasy slugs. Upon getting home the burgers were bland. The price was ridiculous for what we got. Hindsight being 20/20, I could have gone over to the Chester Shop Rite, gotten hamburge meat, rolls, lettuce and frozen fries for less than half of what five guys charged. And it would not have involved an elephant deposit in a toilet. Blech.Parking: Plenty of parking. Not that anyone will need to park there.

The Chester NJ store is one of the cleanest places I have ever seen. Spotless. Customer service wonderful and food perfect. The workers there all deserve a raise for all of their hard work!
