Inconsistent at best. The sandwiches are dry and bland. Used to be so much better. Has definitely gone downhill, which is sad because we go here all the time.
Appreciate your response. The restaurant is clean, staff always nice, but in the last few months the flavor has gotten bland. And this is the impression from 2 other family members as well. Hope to see that change, thank you!

Solid JM location. I've always gotten friendly service here. I love their cheesesteaks but was never happy with the portions given. One day decided to spend extra and ask for double meat. Was disappointed the second the cashier handed me the sandwich. Could tell by the weight alone it wasn't worth the extra money. Spent about $17 for a lone cheese steak that wasn't filling. Jersey Mike's has solid ingredients but don't think its worth $12-$18 for half a sandwich. A lot of franchises are skimping on portions in 2025 so I don't blame them. For that price, I'd go to Sub Pub down the road. Again, sandwiches are SOLID, but I don't think they're worth their menu prices.

The sandwiches are quite consistent from one Jersey Mikes to another. Service has been at my level of expectation for a sandwich shop. If there is any area where the franchise could improve, it would be with the atmosphere. For the most part there is none, no warm and fuzzies.

The experience was delightful. The service was quick. Ordering was simple. The food blew me out of my mind. Make sure you order #9 Club Supreme Mikes Way to experience the greatest explosion of taste within your mouth. Also, they don’t skimp on the portions! So, I would highly recommend this place even for vegetarian as their dishes as absolutely delicious.
