I've been going to this place for years because I only live a few minutes away and this is the BEST restaurant ever. It never fails to disappoint. Everyone in the restaurant is nice and chatty, but not loud. The waiters are all so nice, and the food is SO GOOD!!! I went there today and ordered my food with a side of waffle fries ,the best part of the tavern, and was a bit disappointed at first to see I only got 6 fries, but after my meal it was the absolute perfect amount. I don't know how they do it, but this place is TREMENDOUS!

Could have just been this one day but took 10 mins for server to come another 10 mins for my drink to come. My sons Food came out and was burnt, server dropped it off without asking if it's OK, she hasn't been back since, 15 mins ago. So now my son has eaten my food and I have nothing. Terrible.

Stopped by after visiting a farm more than an hour from home. Great service, delicious food, extensive beer list and affordable prices. Quick service even though they were quite busy. Friendly staff. We loved the food and wish it was closer to our home because we'd definitely be regulars.

I worked nearby for a year and although wanting to stop in, I was never able to. I came by the other day and found that the service was very welcoming and the atmosphere was very warm and pleasant. The food was delicious and had a nice selection of beer on draft. If you’re visiting the mill across the street you should stop in for lunch, it’s worth your time!

Service was unfortunately subpar. Server was polite and kind, but *very* inattentive despite an empty restaurant. I've worked as a server before so this kind of stuff irks me. My entree didn't come out with the rest of my party's. I had to flag down another server to ask about it because our server was MIA. Apparently there was "a mixup", no further clarification. My whole party was finished when it finally showed up and it was quickly dropped off with no recognition of the issue. There were struggles splitting the check so I ended up just paying for the whole party- whatever.
Food wise this place does serve tasty food, despite my entree being late. My entree was good, and the rest of my party had no complaints about their burgers. I tried one of their fries and it was definitely a 9/10 fry- very tasty when it is fresh and hot.
