The quality at Wendy's fell off dramatically. Also they completely messed up my order. They forgot an item and they made 2 items wrong. Bad experience. I used the drive through so can't comment on the atmosphere.

Very nice people but the oil is dirty you can tell by the amount of smoke in the air and also the bitter taste in the fries I can only imagine the cooks in the back. Absolutely disgusting and a fire hazard. Not going back to this location.

For such a ritzy area this place is lacking. They dont put the heat on in the dining room for this customers, so everyone is cold. Theres smoke from the kitchen in the dining room that probably originates from insufficient cleaning of the grill. The soda machine on 12/9 was out of every single drink except for diet. Whoever the manager is, you need to take control of the situation and have better awareness.

Best drive thru in NJ. My Granddaughter always get a sweet hello with her frosty. I gave a rose to my fav window server yesterday because he works long hard hours yet always has patience & a smile!

Had an ice tea. Way too much smoke inside. The exhaust or something must not be working. The bathroom seemed alright.
Landscapers cleaning the parking lot blowing dirt all over the cars. You can't understand what the employees are saying at all, and they don't understand what I'm saying either. They mess the order up almost every single time. Sad state of affairs here. Unheard of!!
Parking: Watch the landscapers. They refuse to stop blowing the trash and dirt to let cars past. The car got hit with pebbles and went thru a dust cloud after having it detailed. Ugh.

lol look at the pics: there’s a ventilation problem and the fumes from the kitchen engulf the dining area. Also there’s a massive leak in the ceiling and they have 2 garbage cans almost full of water collecting the drippings. And the staff is just tucking it up and clapping behind the counter like clowns.

Food tastes fine when you can get what you order. But that's rare. Also if you try to use anything promotional, like a free frosty coupon or kids meal coupon, they will come up with some reason it's not valid. Such as 'you can't use it after 4pm' orrr 'that expires in novemeber'. First off it's currently September, and it actually expires at the end of the year. To finish it off, the lady handing your food pulls off a great no-look pass, and barely acknowledges you exist
