The Customer service sucks here!!! The person at the drive tho sucks. I went to order food for my co- worker and my self. My co worker changed her drink order so when I got to the window to pay I try to tell her I didn’t want lemonade I want Pepsi and she didn’t wanted to change my order she said I have to pay for a new drink which I did because it’s for my coworker. And she just throw away the lemonade. I wouldn’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone. The service really sucks here!!!! Today is 12/18/2025 I was there about 11:45 am

every. single. time. that i give this place a chance it gets worse...im finally writing a review ...its just unacceptable when people are spending money to eat and this place completely disrespects the customer by handing out garbage quality food.

Usually I never give a 1 star review for any restaurant, I am so careful to always tell the truth and share honest review, however, I try to give grace for all businesses around the states by giving a decent and good reviews, but not this place at all. From the moment we entered the place, the employee at the register was so mean, we ordered our food online. 3 separate orders for my sister in law, my wife and myself. Same order, but he gave us only 2 and he said I didn't receive the third order. Then my wife showed him the order online and that we ready paid, he said I dont care, I didn't recieve it. Now my wife was kind with him and tried to explain for him but he started shushing and hashing my wife, and he actually said: I am talking now stop talking, I didn't recieve the order and I dont care what you say, my wife was mad but calm, but I had to jump in and get myself in the conversation. He was such a rude person, and he has no manners at all, my pregnant wife started to cry and my 2 years old daughter was in shock of what's going on. When we asked to speak to manager, they told us that he was the manager and there is no else to talk with! Hence, the management needs to deal with such a toxic person and should hire a better person who knows how deal with the customers. Inconvenient place, i don't recommend at all and I was disappointed with they way they treated us. I add to that, that the food was cold and looks creepy!

Absolutely terrible all around! I went in specifically for the Netflix Wednesday collab and ordered the meal. First they made my frosty with the wrong flavor and when I asked them to fix it, they brought me out the correct flavor but in a smaller size than what I ordered, so I brought it up to them and kindly asked them to fix it and the man behind the counter threw a fit, literally, and grabbed the frosty and threw it aggressively in the trash and yelled profanities while making a new one. Once I got my order I was checking it to make sure everything else was right and I noticed that it only came with 2 of the mystery sauces instead of the 4 it is supposed to come with and I had paid for. So I asked about it and again the man threw a fit and started yelling again, so I just let it go and walked out with my incomplete meal! Not to mention all the people working barely spoke English so trying to get someone else to help to fix the problem was not an option.

The lady working the front at 9:46 7/20 does not know enough English and is extremely rude. I told her I wanted a chocolate Oreo shake and she proceed to make me a strawberry shake. I asked her to remake it and she laughed in my face and refused. I believe her name is Guadalupe or atleast that’s what’s on my receipt…..

The quality at Wendy's fell off dramatically. Also they completely messed up my order. They forgot an item and they made 2 items wrong. Bad experience. I used the drive through so can't comment on the atmosphere.

This Wendy’s location has some of the nicest people in food service that I’ve ever met. They are always accommodating, the food is delicious, fast and fresh, and the environment is clean and welcoming. A wonderful experience all around!

It’s a Wendy’s. The only issue is it’s hard to turn out of the exit with all the traffic, just not good location

Very nice people but the oil is dirty you can tell by the amount of smoke in the air and also the bitter taste in the fries I can only imagine the cooks in the back. Absolutely disgusting and a fire hazard. Not going back to this location.

For such a ritzy area this place is lacking. They dont put the heat on in the dining room for this customers, so everyone is cold. Theres smoke from the kitchen in the dining room that probably originates from insufficient cleaning of the grill. The soda machine on 12/9 was out of every single drink except for diet. Whoever the manager is, you need to take control of the situation and have better awareness.

Best drive thru in NJ. My Granddaughter always get a sweet hello with her frosty. I gave a rose to my fav window server yesterday because he works long hard hours yet always has patience & a smile!
