Five Guys is a restaurant that offers fantastic and consistent food and service. The small fry is generously portioned, with an extra bag of perfectly cooked fries as an added bonus. Customers can also enjoy free peanuts while waiting for their order.
The facility is incredibly clean, and the burgers are amazing. The service is prompt, with diligent and friendly staff. However, one customer had a negative experience, where the "manager" was texting on their phone and ignored the customer waiting to pick up a mobile order. This behavior was described as disrespectful, unprofessional, and worthy of termination.
Overall, the reviews highlight Five Guys as a restaurant that provides great food and generally good service, but with one notable exception of poor customer service from a manager.
