Sam was an amazing with his customer service and the food was fresh. We ordered spicy chicken sandwich Freddy’s burgers fries and onion rings. Also was able to get a concrete Reese’s brand desert… delicious. This customer service went above and beyond and Sam made it feel like we have been valued customers for a long time, this was an amazing experience. We will be returning because not only the service and food; but because someone like Sam was there...
The kids always love a trip here. The staff is kind and attentive. The food is good and a good value. The restaurant is usually not too crowded, so we typically can grab a booth. Also, their rewards program adds to the value of the meal.
Came to Freddy’s during an insane rush and Lex was basically holding the whole place together. The drive-thru was backed up, someone spilled a drink everywhere, and one customer was being unbelievably rude over their order. Lex handled everything like a Navy SEAL, calmly fixed the situation, helped clean up, and stayed nice the entire time. Honestly, I wish my husband was as dedicated to me as Lex is to Freddy’s. Give this girl a raise immediately or I will...
