The place is very classy and ticks all the right boxes for any event that has a reasonable size of participants/visitors. Our event had two rounds of food served and I am given to understand that the food was arranged by the venue only based on certain fixed menu and some part selected by the party. We had two events on consecutive days for our daughter's wedding at Merrion. We used 3 different ballrooms all of which were very beautiful and elegant. Calli was our wedding coordinator and she was phenomenal. She provided exceptional and caring service. She was very prompt with emails and phone calls. She eagerly helped us with customizing the menu which garnered rave reviews from the guests.
