The boss knows my flavor and could have my large pumpkin in process before I get to the counter. That is customer service🌻🌻
I genuinely like this place. But this time I had gone in thinking my order would be made correct, but it was not. I ordered a latte on the app with the default settings. When I went to go pick it up the worker (who I might assume is new because I had never seen him) was just finishing up my drink. I left with my drink in hand all happy, until I took a sip. I would like to thank the manager Shruti who was very kind. I ordered a $6 meal as i usually do and my iced coffee was made wrong, I didn’t notice until i got to work and i called the store and she apologized and told me to come in the next day for another. The next day she kindly apologized and made the drink correctly and as i began to make a purchase she gave me the order free of charge and apologized for the mistake.
