I never had an issue with my orders. Food is very tasty, awesome flavors, and good portions. I ate inside the restaurant and also order delivery for my work and never had a problem. We love this place.

Today, I went in to order a combo. The young lady at the front was very nice. Toward the back, you can see the counter where food is being prepared. I noticed a lady stirring food in a large pot. She pulled out what looked like a dumpling and touched it with her bare hands, I assume to check the softness. As I was speaking with the cashier (who was very polite), I saw the same lady put the food back in the pot take the same spoon she was cooking with and taste the juice directly from the pot, to her lips. That’s unsanitary and unacceptable. I said, “Nah, that’s nasty. You can’t do that,” and walked away without ordering. Please be careful, this really happened. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

I have been buying food at Maria's BBQ for a long time because I really like the food there and I would like not to damage the image or reputation of the business but something made me quite curious and doubtful when the girl said that the liquid in the hood exploded so no. They had gas and that's how they were working for 3 days... Mr. Manager, if this is true, you would be expecting a lawsuit because you are putting the lives of many people at risk and I cannot tolerate this because my family also consumes your food...

This restaurant had such great reviews I decided to try it with my gf while we were in the area. Unfortunately now I am suspicious of these reviews. We did not have a great customer experience as the wait staff prioritized spanish speaking patrons. For a sit down restaurant where a tip was expected, we found basic customer service lacking (not being offered water upon being seated, being delivered food with no utensils, waitress skipped us repeatedly when doing her rounds).
The food was also a miss. We separately ordered different empanadas with different fillings and they were delivered on the same plate, and the waitress was unable to differentiate which order was which (chicken vs cheese), forcing us to awkwardly bite into one so we could determine which was which. The meat for the entree was cooked in an overly salty sauce that was difficult to swallow. Really disappointing experience.

An acquaintance from church recommended it to me and that's why I tried to call so much on Monday and on Thursday I stopped by the establishment. It's really incredible how they can allow people to work with a bad temper and who give you horrible attention ??I would like to contact the owner or could it be that the owner himself is like that??? I don't think so...I just hope they take action and are at least kind or professional.

Mrs. Fernanda, excuse me, you know that an opinion does not change reality...and going into context? at first we honestly thought it was a quite interesting restaurant and we never got carried away by the comments but unfortunately we had to notice some embarrassing actions between the waitress and the chef or Manager on several occasions, even several of my acquaintances talk about the same thing and what a shame that a restaurant that is just starting out has such poor management and a bad reputation... and if there is no respect and professionalism, what can we expect as customers??? That they prepare a meal for you after a good touching???

Honestly one of the best restaurants I've been to, it seems like a cozy place and highly recommended.And I went on Saturday and Monday, both waitresses treated me very well, they were very friendly and I loved the seafood soup and beef ribs service.

Very nice small but cozy place I see bad comments towards the youngest waitress, people we have to be a little more supportive she seems to be getting ahead on my part the 3 times I have been there she has treated me very well she has been kind and attentive to the Like the other girl, both have my respect, blessings for this business.I recommend it
