During my visit, I experience good customer service; employees are kind and helpful with navigating the menu. For the most part, I opt for Vegan options. Even so, I opt for this eatery because of actually setting out to do so from a time ago. I don't know if there is a time range for certain meals though arriving in the evening, an employee tells me the beef ribs will need one hour. This food is so good let me tell you!!! But unfortunately that's where it stops the location is unprofessional is very dirty is this real sad I have so much potential but they don't care they really need to do better it's not just about serving delicious food it actually does matter that you keep the place clean and that you are working and not talking.
I stopped while visiting relatives. The price is fair/affordable and the selection great. However the wait area requires an immediate update and lighting. Not appealing for first impressions of food purchase. Food prep/serve area also requires updating to insure sanitary concerns. Noting safety req. the thick plexiglass has minimal visibility and you must order/speak thru the holes. The food was flavorful, however yams were slightly overcooked, Mac was short on cheese, greens...
