I don’t usually leave reviews, but I’ve been coming here for years, and the food has always been good. Unfortunately, the service has gone downhill recently. The staff often answer the phone with an attitude, which isn’t a great first impression.
During my most recent visit, the cashier didn’t notice that I had grabbed a soda from the fridge. After realizing it, she whispered under her breath, “I should have said that.” Instead of making comments like that, it would be better to communicate directly and professionally with customers.
The food is still good, but the customer service needs improvement.

I came here with my best friend and we enjoyed their submarine sandwiches. The food is fresh and very very good. I bought my kids submarine sandwiches here and they are the bomb, baby. My kids loves this place. I will continue get my sandwiches here for life! Thank you Sandwiches Unlimited! ❤️💋

Nasty rude older lady told me, I can’t touch a napkin for myself. After I paid my money, I should be able to get a napkin. She needs to work in the back only in the back and learn some manners.
This was my first time visiting this establishment. Additionally, this was the first time I had a hot pastrami sandwich. I am so glad I went here for that experience. The portion size was nice, the people there helped guide me on how to customize my sandwich, and the sandwich was flavorful. I will definitely go back to check out the rest of their menu.

This place has really fallen off. The meat portion is skimpy. They had the audacity to take 2 tomatoes cut them in half to put on a half of sub, then filled it with shredded lettuce. If I wanted a lettuce sandwich I would have ordered that. Just horrible. You cannot decrease meat portions, etc without decreasing the prices. The driest, skimpiest sandwich I ever had. I will never get anything from the Orange location again.
