It's been a minute since the last time I've been to a Taco Bell.. but trying it out last night, I was very impressed. Food choices have matured from just being a late night, after party Quick bite to something I'd almost compare to a miniature Chipotle, but with a ton of options.. I had a steak burrito and a dorito taco. Both were pretty tasty and filling. And the berry breeze drink, I think, was everything. I'm definitely looking to come back to a Taco Bell soon . I gave it a low atmosphere score because I didn't actually go into the store (because it was late), but I imagine it's similar to other fast food restaurants.

She go and say sorry it's only for customers.
Hate places like these that have poor customer service skills and jut stuck in general.
Then they taking all day to give me fries and a potatoes bowl with no customers in drive thru or inside what is the hold up.
My app said it would be ready by now.8 minutes ago.

They need to hire more workers they had people making the food also working the cash register and handing out orders. Everything was so backed up. Management thumbs down
I am a bus operator, I came into Taco Bell placed my order on a kiosk and had to use the bathroom as well , there was nobody else inside the store soo I’m sure they saw me placing my order I turned around and politely asked to buzz the bathroom open for me , the manager had to audacity to say to me , you have to be a customer in order to use the bathroom so I said excuse me did u not just see me place my order regardless, I’m still a paying customer she was so worried about me purchasing something she completely messed up my taco and gave me a soft shell instead of the hard . The whole customer service is just very rude and disrespectful ! I will not spend my money in this place anymore !
