Been coming here for like 20 years and although servers and managers change over time the food and prices remain the same. We’ve ordered take out and also dine in and it’s always so good. Food is always delicious and fresh, and prices are remain incredible. Hope they don’t raise the prices because they will always be our go to for comfort food! Where else can 4 people eat and have leftovers for $35??
Good, simple Portuguese BBQ. Came here after bad service experience at another local BBQ joint, and this is a much better overall experience. The sauce on the table isn't my favorite, but the fries are crisp and tasty, the meats tender and flavorful, and the staff friendly and attentive. Orders are generally big enough to serve 2 or bring home leftovers for a whole 2nd meal. Decor and seating could stand an update, but all of the important stuff is great.
My girlfriend and I went last night. On our way we stopped at the gas station adjacent to the restaurant. As I rolled down the window all I could smell is the exhaust from the grill and my stomach immediately started to grumble. Although we have been many many times, our go to is the combo plate of a half chicken and ribs. My girlfriend is not a fan of garlic. Sometimes the rice can be a little garlicky but everything there is delicious.
