I’m pretty irritated! The other day I drove through and I asked for “the powdered donut with the WHITE (not yellow) icing-like cream filling”. I was totally talked down to by the dude in the drive through because I didn’t know it was called Vanilla Cream. He corrected me in a very condescending way.
Today I drove through and was very clear in my order asking for the Vanilla Cream donut. In returning home I found Boston Cream in my bag. If y’all are going to patronize me for the way I ask for the donut I want...first make sure you yourselves know the difference between them.

Asked for a large matcha latte. They misheard me and thought I said mocha. Then proceeded to gaslight me into saying I asked for mocha and it was my fault for the mistake. Then handed me the worst looking latte I have ever been served. Even if I said the wrong drink that is no excuse for poor customer service or for my drink to be made so poorly.

Now that I’m pregnant, I only allow myself to have like one coffee a week (I know you’re allowed more, I just try to portion myself bc I was a HEAVY coffee drinker) - the young lady with the long, straight, black hair was SO nice and made my iced latte PERFECT!! Thank youuu!!! I hate paying over 5 bucks for one drink when it’s not even made right, this one was perfect. Very happy pregnant lady over here :)(People are mentioning drive thru in the bad reviews - this is located inside shop rite - you’re writing bad reviews for the wrong Dunkin’)

Don’t try to do a mobile order. They apparently “don’t receive the orders” but still charge you anyway. Lady behind the counter is VERY rude when you try to solve the problem as well. Definitely would not recommend
