My hot vanilla chai was extremely cold! I had to go back in to get another. I also bought hash browns for the kids and later found out after driving off the hash browns tasted like soap. Definitely not coming back to this

Walked in at 5:10pm on 11/26. 3 men working behind the counter. Waited in line for 5 min. Asked if anyone was taking orders. 1 worker replied we're busy right now. Worst Service Ever!! Please learn how to treat your customers or at least hire some skilled creditable workers!

Great location, they open early and on time, they're efficient, the order comes out correctly everytime, and the employees seem to know what customer service is. All it takes for a chain coffee place to get 5 stars is those basics and yet most of them still cannot perform. This location does well, and it may be off the main road but worth it to not have a problem with every one item order.
