This location was great, the staff were so nice and quick with everything. I would recommend it. It’s hard to find established like this nowadays. The milkshake is a must try always and that bbq chicken melt is delicious. Great kids friendly place.

I'm a regular at Friendly's alway enjoy my visit. However last week the service was very unpleasant. My server Allison was not attending to my table. Came took order drop food. Never came for refill, I waited 20min for my ice-cream. This making me think about going back to Morristown

After doing a few things in town we were hungry and it was late for our typical dinner (7pm) We stopped by and were happily treated to a great dinner. I had a sandwich and my husband a burger and fries. Both got a sundae for dessert. The waiter was very friendly and quick to bring both dinner and dessert 🍨
