When I was telling the guy at the counter my order he kept saying NO. Talking over me and kept saying NO & when my drink was ready he made me hold the lid of the drink so he can pour sugar and stir it with a stopper. He then decided to speak to me in Spanish for no reason. Don't bother getting your coffee here if you want to be ridiculed or embarrassed. Rude behavior. Completely unprofessional. Disrespectful.

Today waiting to order. Only one worker at the Starbucks. He was taking orders and making the drinks. I try to order online multiple times and twice I see a person worker picking up orders that was made online. Today while I was waiting at the register a person came to were you pick the drinks and move his head to the worker. The worker proceed to look at the machine and start making this person orders. How when I try to do it because I don’t have time to wait for my drinks other people are able to put orders and I can’t. Not stoping here anymore. Their services sucks how you only have one person doing everything in the front insane.

These people are outstanding. They are often faced with the impossible -- unbelievably long lines of (some) very rude and demanding customers, with very little staffing and resources to help them. Very rude staff. It was very disgusting when i was ordering my drink i could see flies over the drinks and food and around the barista. I was watching it while the guy take my order. And he gave me a nasty look. He did not like I was disgusted because of the flies. He is always chewing gum. We can hear when he chewing gum while he prepare the drinks. Never ever comeback to the place . The women who is there always she has a worse attitude.

I went here to get the new summer berry refresher. A lady in front of me got it and when I went up they said they ran out. I had no problem with that. However a girl right behind me was able to order it in the same size I wanted. I don’t usually write reviews but this interaction really upset me. I’m very pissed off to say the least.

WATCH WHAT THEY CHARGE YOU FOR! I always get grande iced teas and I noticed yesterday they have been charging me for a Venti EVERY time.On top of this, they are very poorly stocked and out of almost everything always.
