“Great food and Great service“

“Since working @ L’Oréal, which is across the street, an employee invited me to lunch here. It was the first time I tried Thai food and I loved it! I haven’t tried anywhere else. The service has always been good up until yesterday. I ordered my food online but I wanted to eat there because my lunch is too short so I waste time walking back to work with my lunch. I think they were upset because when 2 women served me food and water, I said THANK YOU and they both ignored me. They smiled at their other guest but looked serious with me. I used to eat lunch there everyday so I deserve respect! I don’t know where the guy and girl that treated me so nicely went but these 2 women make me not want to eat there again.

You didn’t go “above and beyond” because when I called to order my food to eat it there, the girl on the phone said you don’t do that so I still ordered my food online and when I got there I ASKED you to warm it up. Even if it wasn’t allowed, you should’ve told me instead of giving me attitude and treating me with disgrace. I’ve ordered many times there, I put money into your business I even recommend this restaurant to people so you should’ve told be professional!

By the way, the drunken noodles I ate yesterday only contained 2 pieces of tofu and barely any sauce, it was dry.“

“Delicious Thai food - great pad Thai, labeled gluten free gf on their online ordering menu. They have more gluten free options than simply what is labeled, but you will need to ask.

Ordered take out, it is convenient to the Hilton Garden Inn Springfield. Everything was ready on time. I will be back and encourage others to try it out.

The way fried rice options listed on the menu a little misleading with “and” meaning “or” for some of the protein options. Be sure to ask. “All four of our party enjoyed their entrees and appetizers. Bursting with fresh flavors and top notch ingredients....we were served hefty portions. Not just your average Thai restaurant, a very varied menu. I recommend the delicate little dumplings appetizer and the Lamb Chops with Lemongrass. Also, the Thai Sweet Tea was delicious and the wait staff and owners were patient, helpful and kind.“

“Nakorn Thai is a great addition to Summit. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I had the NKPD crispy half duck with Pad Thai noodles, which was perfectly cooked with a nice balance of crispy duck, scallions, and peanuts.

The space is cozy and nicely decorated, service was attentive and friendly, and I really liked that it’s BYOB. They also have a good variety of mocktails. Definitely looking forward to coming back and trying more from the menu.“

“Great restaurant with great service! They have very unique menu options, which all sounded delicious. Out of the things we ordered, the Bananas on the Beach was my favorite. It had a very interesting flavor, but was really good! We had also ordered some sort of crepe dish, which was also fantastic, though I forget what it was called. They have great outdoor seating with heaters when we went, which made the experience very enjoyable. Will definitely be back soon!“

“I ordered from this Chinese restaurant for the very first time to celebrate the grand opening of my nail salon, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! We got Yang Chow Fried Rice, General Tso’s Chicken, Shrimp with Garlic Sauce, Chow Fun, and the Orange Chicken Combo.

Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. The Yang Chow Fried Rice was light and tasty, the General Tso’s Chicken had the perfect balance of sweet and spicy with a crispy bite, and the Shrimp with Garlic Sauce was packed with flavor and came with fresh, juicy shrimp. The Chow Fun had a great texture and was very satisfying. But the star of the night was the Orange Chicken Combo—crispy, sweet, and absolutely delicious. All of our guests loved it, and several even asked where we ordered from!

On top of the great food, the staff was friendly and the service was excellent, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. This restaurant truly exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!“

My favorite item on the menu is the Guay Teow Rad Prig; it comes with tons of sauce and is extremely flavorful. Their fried ice cream is also a family favorite.
