Go through the drive-through and order the lady doesn’t listen to my order she just put in what she wants don’t wanna correct it. She gets nasty with me and says I can’t give you nothing if you don’t tell me what you want somebody need to retrain that lady customer relations if you don’t wanna be there, find another job the lady with the blue shirt at the register taking orders at drive.thru

Be careful folks total scam going on. Went through the drive-through two days ago. And the end of my order. The employee asked “would you like to round up to the nearest Dollar for tip and adoption.”. I went to the second window and heard this person ask the exact same thing a second time to the car behind me. This person was a manager based on her clothing . Tip AND adoption? What the hell does that mean. What a total scam. Even if it were true, that it’s for adoption, who combines a charity with soliciting over gratuity? Absolutely. Disgusting.. People stealing your money. Even if they were honest about it. Nobody combined the two without telling you how it’s split. I wrote to Wendy’s corporate and three different occasions in the last two days and have not heard a single word back. Wendy’s doesn’t care. Their employees are stealing from you. Enjoy it.

Received cold fries AGAIN!!!!! HALF COOKED. I stopped getting the fries years ago but decided to give them a try and like clockwork the same thing. Nuggets were cold. I asked for sauce didn't receive it. At this point, I'm done with Wendy's in Clark

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews and try and leave a lot of positive ones, but the way in which I was engaged with was just not acceptable. I did not order any fries, yet my food was spilled into the bag and when I asked if this was my order, he said check the bottom inside the bag? Why is my food spilled inside of the bag? Again, not french fries. Some of it was in the container and then the rest I was told to check if it’s in there somewhere. There were five people working there in close proximity who gave zero customer service of any kind. As someone who has worked customer service, I get it. But this was just a different low. Reading the other reviews about the nasty attitudes does not shock me one bit after my experience.
Depends on what type of day but you got youngsters working there with nasty attitude

It’s an older location with an odd design.
I made a mobile order, selected “pick up at window” because the restaurant wasn’t open.
Went to the window, the person at the window was angry and yelled at me for not driving around back to go to the microphone. It’s not immediately obvious, there’s a little alley around back. The guy was really rude. Maybe he was having a bad day, maybe he’s not a morning person. It was just really weird.
Drove around back to the speaker behind the building, said “just cancel my order”. He refused.
Keep in mind there’s a McDonald’s across the street, and the lobby is also open for breakfast so you can use the bathroom and wash your hands like a civilized person.
Maybe this isn’t the best Wendy’s to grab breakfast. Which is a shame because that breakfast baconator is slammin’
