Always one of my go tos for getting sushi or a good hibachi prepared meal. If youre looking for that on top of it being fairly priced, you found the right place.

The lady at the front register always has a twisted attitude while we attempt to place an order.She has âNO CUSTOMER SERVICE QUALITIES!!!!â Sheâll rush you to place an order, then throw her hands up to tell you âHOLD ON-HOLD ON⊠This is all four times weâve patronized the establishment. They wonât get our business anymoreâŠ

Don't come here if you're black. They will treat you differently from the white customers. I went here to sit down and enjoy a meal with my boyfriend but was rushed and told it would be extra to eat here. We had no problem paying extra but the timid vibes from both the elderly and younger woman threw us off. The white couple that came after us was asked if it was for here or to go. We were never granted that courtesy. Please don't spend money here if you are black or are an alli to black people. Food was pretty good too which made the experience even more disheartening. We would gladly spend our money here but they don't like dark skinned folks.

Two months ago I would have given them 5 stars, but they must have changed their chicken supplier. We've been ordering their white meat general tso's chicken for 3 years now and it was the best around. Then we've had it 3 times over the last 4 weeks and it hasn't been good. It's been chewy and stringy rather than soft and tender as it has been in the past. I may give it one more try on hopes it was just bad timing, but I'm disappointed as it was our favorite spot.

Although this was always one of our favorite restaurants , our negative dining experience really put a damper on our admiration for this place. We planned all week to have dinner here on Friday night. We had a party of five, one of which ordered chicken fried rice. She discovered almost immediately after beginning her meal, a hair wrapped around one of the pieces of chicken in the rice. We alerted our waitress who inspected the piece of chicken with the hair and said âThis is a white hair , this didnât come from us ! Do you want a new bowl?â (No one in our party has white hair) She replied âyesâ and the waitress picked up her bowl with her fork laying on top of the rice. When she finally came back with what was supposed to be a new bowl of chicken fried rice, she placed it down on the table with the fork laying in the same place on top of the rice . We were were not convinced at all they replaced the bowl with the hair in it and she could not eat her meal. Idea Asian had the nerve to leave this item on the bill and offered no apology what so ever! Itâs disgusting to find hair in your food and insulting for a restaurant to not take responsibility.
