For starters when I called I and they answered with saying please hold. Before I could answer with a yes I was put on hold. Then 3 minutes later she takes my number the puts me on hold again. Then she confirms my number then puts me on hold for a 3rd time. Finally takes my order pick up in 25 minutes. Okay cool. Get there in 18 minutes. I go inside and asked to pay because I knew the food wasn’t done yet. She asked me what I ordered. Which it was 2 things nothings crazy… Got told she doesn’t know what I ordered so she couldn’t ring me up. So I wait and then instead of just ringing me up she answers the phone and takes an order. Nice!!! Then when I say something about it. She decided to talk about me in her language like I’m some idiot. So when I asked her what she said her reply was I was just talking to her. Mean while I know what she said and why they were laughing. Now on to the food. Is sucks. I ordered something that is supposed to be spicy and it’s so sweet it could kill a diabetic. My suggestion don’t ever order from here. Call Mandarin Court for the beauty service and amazing food!!!

Sometimes I call here to order and there a sweetest guy that takes the order as we can't have pork in the fried rice. Only vegetable and he takes the order so nicely. Then I have called back other times and the RUDE rush women answers the phone and she yells we won't do custom orders. I said really I got it done here many times. Bye byeeee I think you should actually have that guy taking orders because the owner of this place is beyond rude. Zero customer service skills. You will lose business this way because you just lost ours.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Every dish had that authentic taste you can only get from a kitchen that truly cares. The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. The portions were generous, and the prices very reasonable for the quality. Highly recommend their dumplings and crispy orange chicken — they were the best I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to come back.

Don't come here if you're black. They will treat you differently from the white customers. I went here to sit down and enjoy a meal with my boyfriend but was rushed and told it would be extra to eat here. We had no problem paying extra but the timid vibes from both the elderly and younger woman threw us off. The white couple that came after us was asked if it was for here or to go. We were never granted that courtesy. Please don't spend money here if you are black or are an alli to black people. Food was pretty good too which made the experience even more disheartening. We would gladly spend our money here but they don't like dark skinned folks.

Two months ago I would have given them 5 stars, but they must have changed their chicken supplier. We've been ordering their white meat general tso's chicken for 3 years now and it was the best around. Then we've had it 3 times over the last 4 weeks and it hasn't been good. It's been chewy and stringy rather than soft and tender as it has been in the past. I may give it one more try on hopes it was just bad timing, but I'm disappointed as it was our favorite spot.
