Although this was always one of our favorite restaurants , our negative dining experience really put a damper on our admiration for this place. We planned all week to have dinner here on Friday night. We had a party of five, one of which ordered chicken fried rice. She discovered almost immediately after beginning her meal, a hair wrapped around one of the pieces of chicken in the rice. We alerted our waitress who inspected the piece of chicken with the hair and said “This is a white hair , this didn’t come from us ! Do you want a new bowl?” (No one in our party has white hair) She replied “yes” and the waitress picked up her bowl with her fork laying on top of the rice. When she finally came back with what was supposed to be a new bowl of chicken fried rice, she placed it down on the table with the fork laying in the same place on top of the rice . We were were not convinced at all they replaced the bowl with the hair in it and she could not eat her meal. Idea Asian had the nerve to leave this item on the bill and offered no apology what so ever! It’s disgusting to find hair in your food and insulting for a restaurant to not take responsibility.

Good food, but server was uncomfortably pushy for a large tip and hassled my party to awkwardly dig through our wallets for a few extra dollars, I understand why this place seems mostly occupied with takeout.

Terrible customer service. Every time I order a take out dinner that costs about $20, they would not give forks, spoon, napkin etc. unless asked. They also will not give the fried noodles that comes with it unless asked. The lady upfront shows no customer service skill and acts as if they are doing you a favor by taking your money.

This is one of my go to favorite locations. The staff are beyond friendly. The food is amazing as well as the service. My wife and I love coming here for lunch and really enjoy the atmosphere. The presentation of their food looks like living art at times. Been coming here for years and have yet to have a negative experience. Highly recommend!!!!!

General Tso's chicken was sweet far from the spicy it should be. Ordered pork lomein too. It was smoky like something caught fire and it was still served. Yuk! I'll be sure to steer clear of this establishment.

I took a good walk yesterday to order something different from hamburgers and fried chicken that I have been eating for a while been on the road for a few weeks now and it was a good decision because the food it was amazing,had a good taste and the lady who served me was nice and really enjoyed my meal.

I am very picky with Chinese; one minor detail can ruin the whole experience. These guys are awesome and the food is phenomenal! Definitely try them if you haven't.
