I've never had a bad experience here. The service is always fast and courteous, and the store is always clean. I tried the Primo Pilgrim yesterday and was incredibly happy with it.

Don't go on Sunday they have no idea how to make it .No meat on Sunday. During the week it's fine but don't go on weekends .

Ordered a day in advance 25 minutes late to pick up order and they had just started the order. They acted like it was my fault it was not ready. Payment was taken out of my account the day before pick up.

OVERRATED......$45 For 2 Hoagies..One was a Primo (12 inches) the other Large (20) inches...Rolls were OK nothing special.... But was most annoying was they asked for a tip when paying..minimum was $7.00...Seriously..You can't pay your workers with prices this high.....not bad food but just no value

We can not say enough good things about this location! Food is really, really good, and CONSISTANT! The service is fantastic. Employees are all always welcoming, and it's a fun CLEAN store! :) We love their sandwiches AND their cookies!
Kid-friendliness: By far, this is the friendliest Primo Hoagies I have experienced! My youngest is 11 and he LOVES to go!
My family and I love Primos! Their sandwiches are always so fresh and delicious, and my daughter loves their chicken cutlets. The young girl who takes our order is always so kind and polite. Highly recommend!

I ordered a whole Bada Boom which was delicious but it had Broccoli Rabe on it. It did have long hots on it. I no the owners motto is make it right, wrap it tight. Just wanted to share.
