I rarely give 1 star reviews, but I’m so disappointed in our first time to this ice cream establishment. We took the kids after a pool day to treat everyone to ice cream. My husband went up to the window and got our orders so we could just sit in the car and eat as it’s hot out. He called me to tell me the flavors and the employee at the window said she could take his order. He kept me on the phone and asked for an arctic swirl for me with vanilla soft serve, Reese’s cups, and added peanut butter sauce (my usual go-to). She told him, “It’s hot out, so the peanut butter sauce will make the arctic swirl very runny, so I’m not going to run it all the way through but I’ll add some on top”, to which he just said “Okay…” and I thought it was a little strange. Shouldn’t it be up to us what we want on our ice cream whether it’s runny or not? I used to work at an ice cream shop and I know peanut butter on the machines can be annoying to clean if you’re only using quick rinses, but the reaction was weird. We got ice cream for everyone else, and my husband brought me back my arctic swirl, and it had a milkshake-like lid on it with a smaller opening and one of the longer and skinnier spoons sticking out. I tried to pull the spoon out and it literally wouldn’t fit through the lid. Obviously not meant for it, anyone trying to actually eat their ice cream would have to open the entire lid. I did, and it was like a gag gift. It was so insanely soupy and spilled all over my outfit, my car — everything. Why so soupy when it took my husband 10 seconds to walk from the window to the parking lot where our car was??? And I didn’t even get the peanut butter mixed in. I went up to the window leaving a trail of dripping ice cream and just asked for a bigger cup or something. Another girl saw me with my mess and gave me a bigger cup and just closed the window while I wiped down the counters with napkins. Disappointed! Can’t say we’ll be back at this time, but I do give credit that the place has been running for so long. Hope everyone else enjoys this summer…

I ordered a brownie sundae with extra cherries. It had NO brownie and 1 cherry… paid for a brownie sundae with no brownie….with these prices im hoping to get what i paid for

I received the notice 11/12/25 for special on chicken sandwich & fries, drove 15 miles. I waited in the cold / windy weather for quite a while to order but nobody would take my order. I even asked the girls in the ice cream section and they stated I had to order at the other window. They saw me in line at the window but still nobody would wait on me. It's nice that they had a food special but what good is it if they don't want to sell it to you. Wound up leaving and buying food at Little Jim's, they took my order pronto.
I never leave reviews, usually the service is amazing. Tonight one of the girls in a foul mood with the customers. Order 2 ice creams both made like slop. Threw one away in front of her. Won't be back any time soon.
