It’s always a pleasure when I’m at Starbucks. I love the iced coffee, iced tea selection & their seasonal products are a festive way to jazz up one’s coffee/tea order & try new beverages! Thank you.
It is a Starbucks lol. However the baristas were very nice and friendly, and I didn't have to wait long for my drink. Also, they were one of the better locations I've gotten my drink at (just the VSCCB... But you KNOW when they make it right.)

Starbucks is a cozy spot for a quiet evening with a cup of coffee. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location inside Target on Berlin-Cross Keys Rd is highly recommended, especially for an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. The personalized service, like the one provided by Alexis, adds a bright touch to the visit.
