My weekend hangout. Good place for drinks at the weekend. Gets busy around 10-11 and there's a DJ which keeps the atmosphere lively.

Wife and I stumbled upon this place last night as we wanted to go out and get some drinks.Atmosphere seemed OK when we were passing by, so we went in and had a seat at the bar.We are handed menus with happy hour pricing - 8$ for house wine and I believe $8 or $9 for beer. We said screw it, and In total I got 3 glasses of wine, and wife got 3 blue moons. We were a little hungry, so we ordered Mozzarella sticks - $10 on the menu that was handed to us.We were getting tired and ready to go home so we asked for the check. To our surprise, everything came out to $95 dollars. For 4 beers ( one added by mistake) and 3 wines, and an order of mozzarella sticks. Judging by the menu we received at the bar, it should have been $55-60$ for everything ( 3 beers $8 or $9, 3 wines for $8, and 1 order of mozzarella sticks for $10)The staff was nice enough to accommodate getting the extra drink that was added removed from the bill, but man, we really feel scammed, and will not be returning to this establishment due to the wrong pricing on the provided menus.EDITING BECAUSE I CANNOT REPLY TO THE RESPONSE BELOW:Here is my response:Manager never talked to us about what the response said. We never said anything about trying this place again. Again, we were handed a HAPPY HOUR MENU when we arrived on a FRIDAY around 7pm. That is a very shady response from the owner and again, we will never return to this establishment.

Stopped by for a pre-dinner cocktail with my wife for date night. Feels like a gang hangout, was approached by an unsavory character who kept injecting himself into our conversation, being very confrontational. We didn't even order and just left. I've been here once or twice in the past, terrible unbalanced cocktails, but tried to give it one last chance since Cliffside Park has such limited options for night life. The blasting reggaeton music was also not inviting for 6:00 on a Wednesday. Never coming here again.

They gave me “happy hour” menu at 10pm with $8 margaritas and then changed $40 for two.

I don’t like writing negative or middling reviews, but I review damn near everything now. The burger I had was pretty good, but it wasn’t very hot or even warm for that matter. So much so that the cheese never totally melts. It seemed like the burger had been prepared earlier and they stuck it on the griddle for a moment, then hit the cheese with a torch. Their sauce that comes on the burger is very good so I’d recommend getting a side of that. The truffle fries were delicious, and I thought the wings were just good. The chicken sandwich I split with my friend was better than the burger imo, but this was not hot either. I wouldn’t say it was cold, but my other friend complained his chicken burger wasn’t even lukewarm. The drinks were also a bright spot. The thing that annoyed me though was an issue with the check. I asked for the check and the waitress forgot about for 15 minutes. I’m totally willing to overlook that, I forget things regularly, but the check comes folded up with the credit slip on top which is normal. What I didn’t think I was normal for a party of 5 was included gratuity with no mention of the included gratuity on the credit card slip, just another place for you to add a tip. I had to look at the itemized receipt before almost tipping 40% (20 on top of the already included 20) on the meal. That’s inappropriate and misleading from the position of a customer. The food was good but lukewarm at best, both of our appetizers came 3-4 minutes after our entrees hit the table, and the thing with the tip would drive me not to go here again.
