About Pizza Amore

Pizza Amore is a local favorite, known for its exceptional pizza and outstanding customer service. The large, flavorful slices are a hit with customers, who praise the pizza's perfect balance of toppings and lack of greasiness. The restaurant's friendly staff, including Matt at the front counter, consistently creates a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. With prompt delivery service, Pizza Amore is a go-to choice for both dine-in and takeout options. Customers enjoy their classic pizzas and have recently discovered the huge calzones, which come in varieties like Philly steak and plain cheese. Although some wish for sweeter marinara sauce and more ricotta in the calzones, the decent prices and overall experience keep diners coming back for more. The place sometimes has a run-down vibe, but it remains a solid spot that many frequent multiple times a month for a good pie. The Sicilian pie, with its fluffy dough and generous cheese, is especially popular, and the garlic knots are praised as fluffy goodness. Customers appreciate that orders are ready quickly and that the prices are fair, especially compared to other pizza spots in the area. The late hours are also a big plus, making it convenient for a quick bite after hours. While some find the pizza a bit greasy and the slices overpriced, the overall reliable quality and friendly atmosphere make it a place many trust. The restaurant also offers a variety of authentic Italian dishes, sandwiches, and apps, with positive comments about their tortellini brodo, chicken tenders, and linguini with Pesto. Whether for a casual meal or a large group, Pizza Amore delivers a satisfying dining experience.
