Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and Cinnamon Pull-Aparts for delivery, but the driver only handed me the pizza. At that moment I didn’t realize that the Cinnamon Pull-Aparts were missing. By the time I noticed and went back outside to speak to the driver, he had already left. I immediately called the store, and they told me they would contact the driver and have him come back with the missing item.

Absolutely unacceptable service and a complete lack of respect for the customer.
Last night, I placed an order at this Papa John's location (721 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park), and it was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a food delivery.
