Such a hidden gem in cliffside Park! And do you know how I came across this place? I asked tiktok for a Japanese restaurant recommendation for dinner in New Jersey and this place popped up! It's a cute little restaurant with plenty of street parking. Service was on point--never missed a beat, but not overbearing! I drive from queens just to have this. I love sushi but something about Peruvian sushi hits different. You get fresh fish but the flavors are explosive. The sauces are amazing and everything marinated and blends so well together. Please give this place a try because they deserve more hype!

My husband and I visited Minka for the first time, and we had a great experience.

We ordered the Ceviche Classico, Tebasaki Wings, Arroz con Mariscos, and Skirt Steak Yakimono. Every dish was delicious, full of flavor, and beautifully prepared. We were impressed with everything we tried.
