Polite, clean, good seating space, and perfect location (Cliffwood, NJ). My husband and I are always greeted when we enter no matter who is working. They are great about letting us know about seasonal flavors when available, and have made this a normal stop.
The vibe of the staff at the Cliffwood Starbucks is unmatched. How Carlton,Kaylee and Chelsea support and help eachother get the job done with seemingly no undercurrent of tension or resentment is enjoyable to observe (while waiting for your order). This trio makes a busy work environment seem so calm. Whereas other locations can feel as if your standing in a busy Emergency Room waiting on a trauma surgeon to make your coffee.
