I love the food but have been disappointed by mistakes with online orders multiple times here with little done to make things right considering the wait and extra trouble to go back and get missing or correct items. Recommend only ordering in line in person where they make it in front of you. I know its hard and they work hard but not worth it for all the mistakes and long wait

Added chicken to my veggie bowl order placed thru chipotle app. Order was not ready on time either and employees cursing us with rude behavior and expressions.

Ordered a to-go order via the app at 2:38pm and the promised pickup time was 2:50 pm. When I walked in at 2:50pm my order wasn’t ready but there were a few people (by no means busy though and they were fully staffed) in line so I figured it was coming. At 2:56, I went up to the counter to ask about my order and was told that they were currently working on it. I watched them finish serving everyone in line and once there was no one in line they started working on mine. I received my online order at 3:06pm with a mere, “sorry that took so long.” If I would have known they were going to serve everyone in line first, I wouldn’t have placed an app order at 2:38. I would have understood if they were working with a graveyard shift and given them grace but they knew there was an online order placed and still chose to ignore it.

A burrito with double meat was made by mistake since I'd didn't ask for it. Instead of giving me the burrito at normal price they threw away the original and remade one without double meat. This held up the line and was wasteful. I'm not happy about the wasteful practice they showed at this chipotle. Will not come back.
