Ordered a to-go order via the app at 2:38pm and the promised pickup time was 2:50 pm. When I walked in at 2:50pm my order wasn’t ready but there were a few people (by no means busy though and they were fully staffed) in line so I figured it was coming. A burrito with double meat was made by mistake since I'd didn't ask for it. Instead of giving me the burrito at normal price they threw away the original and remade one without double meat. This held up the line and was wasteful. I'm not happy about the wasteful practice they showed at this chipotle. Will not come back.

I love the food but have been disappointed by mistakes with online orders multiple times here with little done to make things right considering the wait and extra trouble to go back and get missing or correct items. Recommend only ordering in line in person where they make it in front of you. I know its hard and they work hard but not worth it for all the mistakes and long wait
