It's been years since I've seen a show here, but I had a blast when Polkadot Cadaver played there a coupleofweeksago. It's a fun little metal club, and a Jersey staple.
I went for the very first time for New Jersey Deathfest and found it to be the ideal venue for hard-core and metal. The sound is actually top notch and the staff is very friendly. The gritty decor and atmosphere is very reminiscent of a lot of the noteworthy DIY venues I used to go to in NYC during the 90's for metal and hardcore shows which made it all the more nostalgic for me. I would definitely return here for another show in the future.
This is a great venue. Awesome sound and lights. Decent size bar area, bathroom was clean for a sold out show. Was super easy to find street parking. All around good experience and I've been going to shows at places like this since the early 90's so I have a pretty good idea about what venues like this can be like. Definitely go to a show here!
