The lady just added 3 swirls of french vanilla in my french vanilla latte i ordered hot and she charged me for iced french vanilla latte. I even told her I ordred hot she told me its almost the same price. I dudnt thought twice n I paid and I know cold lattes are few cents more than hot. One of — if not THE — best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I dropped my clothes off at the cleaners across the street, so figured stop here to save time and it was a great decision. The donuts are awesome since they are freshly made in house, and they have specialty creative donuts with toppings on them you wouldn’t find anywhere else.

Additionally, i wanted the hot version of their iced cookie latte they’re advertising, and they were able to make this request...

Overall I love this Dunkin’ especially during the week. But I go in here almost every single Saturday and place a mobile at least 20-25 minutes before I come to pick it up and its never ready. Mobile pickup is supposed to be for grab n go but its such an inconvenience when I have to wait for my mobile order when I’m headed to work. I work at either 5 or 6am every weekend so there aren’t any customers when I arrive. Please send some assistance for the weekends. Thank you.
