“This Subway was slammed with customers, just about 4pm today, and the only employee in the place was properly kicking-ass, doing what was needed to keep everyone happy. She was fast, listened to everyone's expectations and delivered a tasty sandwich at a very affordable price. I suppose I could complain that there were not more employees, but I prefer to look on the bright side and say that, under the circumstances, this single employee, working hard, exceeded all expectations.
