In NJ for the weekend. Came here last night since it was close to our hotel and it opens late till 2am. They had live music. Our server Will was really nice and the food was good. The Queso skillet burger was great with tons of cheese sauce. We even used the sauce for our wings.

This was our first time visiting Shannon and we had such a wonderful experience. After dealing with flight cancelations and delays we wanted a quick bite to eat before going home and winding down. Our server Jennifer was amazing. Jennifer was kind and very tentative and made us feel so welcomed. We honestly forgot that we were having a bad day after our experience at Shannon. I recently stopped by this restaurant, and from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Our server, Jennifer, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.
