Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I hate being disappointed at Cracker Barrel but this time I was. I ordered an appetizer and it didn't come until the meal arrived. I ordered chicken fried steak and it came without gravy, I was told they were out of gravy. Pinto beans were very cold. We arrived at 8pm and they closed at 9. I think they could do better than this in the last hour. I have eaten at this Cracker Barrel several times and been happy with the food before this.

Our server was good but stretched to thin. We didn't wait long, but the food was not hot when it arrived. Not sure if we are going back.

We ordered pick up. Fried chicken was burnt. Salad was warm, biscuits and corn bread were dry. Not happy and we won't be ordering again.

The food took over an hour to come out for a party of 6. It was cold. CB was good at one time but have gone down hill lately.

We have dined, ordered online, called to order, and done curbside pickup. Each time has been a disappointment. EVERY TIME we’ve waited excessively to be served, once waiting 25 minutes for a server to even approach our table. Ordering for pickup is risky, as we’ve NEVER received an order correctly. Today we ordered $116 worth of platters, and did not receive any of the side orders and main platters were entirely missing! We don’t understand how this location can’t compare to others with its service and accuracy of orders.

Ordered online for in store pickup. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:39pm but wasn't brought out until 7:00pm. The person who brought it out apologized for the delay saying they were waiting for the dumplings to be done

Horrible experience, waitress was rude and really didn’t seem to want to do her job. When asked questions about menu items she became defensive and rude. Food was horrible quality

I tried something new and it was kind of good. It was the pot roast and the biscuit was good as well.

We took our son for is birthday and had a great experience. The food is very fresh. They have the best and most delicious pancakes. Great staff and beautiful classic American ambience. Will visit again and Highly recommend.

We showed up 45 mins prior to closing. Ourselves and another party stood at the waiting area to be seated while 5 different employees looked at us and then looked away. Finally the couple in front of us asked the counter attendant for help and she went to get someone, no one came. Another young man came and said he’d get us help. Finally the hostess came to seat the couple ahead of us and the waitress refused to take them so they came back out and told us as much and left. Then she came to us and said that they had no tables clean, the entire seating area, which we could see, was clean and available. I understand being busy but there were only 4 other seated tables. The hostess told us they were short staffed but we watched 7 different employees amble by doing nothing.

I was disappointed with the new menu. My favorite lunch the hamburger steak has been discontinued. Overall there does not seem tobe as many choices on the menu.
