I visited for breakfast and lunch at different times and every time the staff the energy they display towards you because you’re a different ethnicity it fell, these people when you walk in even the ones having a meal, they look at you like you don’t belong here. It’s the weirdest feeling.

As a general rule I love CB and always enjoy my visits. This year we went on the Weds right before Thanksgiving and we should have known better. A lot of the food was dry/overcooked and had been sitting for a long time. I'm sure this was because they were doing a large portion of to go food for Thanksgiving but that was a bummer. They also had a limited menu, which we didn't plan on. This was all abnormal for CB and I always experience friendly staff, good service and a warm environment. As well as yummy comfort food!

Enjoy the cozy atmosphere and people are nice and the food is good!!

If I could give this a negative review I would. I waited over an hour for me food. when the food did come out it was all cold and I order two of the same things and one plate had food the was half eaten. I'm very disappointed as this was always my go too but now I will not be going back.

I visit Cracker Barrell every once in a while , the restaurant is clean and the people that serve and manager are always super friendly !
I would say that it does take a while to get your food to your table. The menu is very good considering this is a chain restaurant, I've had the fish several times and i t was always acceptable.
I do believe that chain restaurants like these are starting to loose their cham, think of it , only boomers know whom Jed Clampitt is nowadays or have even watched Hee Haw !

When on a road trip a must stop place, food is always amazing, the service is friendly and professional with a smile. The restaurant/store combo makes it not just a visit but an experience. Wish they had one on Long Island!

Food was not so good this time
Chicken and dumplings were way too salty and fries tasted like they had been reheated. Water didn't get refilled. Maybe just an off day. We have always liked Cracker Barrel.

Very cute general store with many unique items. Nice atmosphere in both restaurant and store.
The food is well priced but really not the best quality. The campfire chicken was just okay.
The sides were mediocre. We ordered the platter of sides to try different ones. Fried chicken was fine bit nothing great and my friend enjoyed the ribs.
Even the biscuits and corn bread didn’t feel homemade. I remember CB to be a bit better quality years ago. It’s an experience to try but I wouldn’t run back there.
