It is a true Italian restaurant with excellent food and reasonable prices. Specific meals mentioned include the tortellini pizza and an extraordinary buffalo chicken pizza. The customer service is always awesome, with staff who are so pleasant and always greet you. One guest noted being treated the same as anybody buying multiple pies, earning 5 stars for service alone. Another family appreciated a wonderful waitress who was great with kids, quick food service, and a good variety of reasonably priced items. The restaurant is also known for spotless bathrooms and plenty of food options. For special events, Frank's allowed a rehearsal dinner for 30 people, with amazing food, kind and helpful staff, and plenty of space for mingling while staying private. They also delivered appetizers, plates, cups, and ice to a nearby hotel. A guest remembered paying under 4 dollars for a slice on a not so great day, calling it amazing.
