food is great but their timing is terrible, called in a pick up order took me 20 min to get there and they started cooking my other when I arrived and this has happened a handful of times before

The food is consistently delicious and on time. Every order, I request in special instructions for them to send hot mustard packets with the shrimp rolls, which should be standard anyway. Every order, they do not. Other than that major annoyance, we love the food quality and taste.
