Terrible experience today with rude staff. My order contained 3 bagels which I did not ask to be toasted. I saw a worker take my order out of the over and I asked if they were toasted he replied yes. I said I did not ask for them to be, he said yes you did, continued to make them and give them to me. I told him I did not want them I wanted untrusted bagels. He gave me the bag, said well thats what you ordered and walked away. My order was also missing a muffin.

This is one of the friendliest and best Dunkin’ Donuts I enjoy visiting. The staff is always pleasant and polite. My coffee order is always made fast and perfect. It’s also the only location that I have visited that offers a carrier for two coffees - which really helps when shopping in Walmart. I highly recommend visiting this location inside of the Walmart and you won’t be disappointed.

There were the Apple Fritters&Vanilla Cream Donuts. Most places run out of the Apple Fritters but I got 2!! Hubby was surprised & Happy.

They got our order wrong - we didn’t realize it until we got home but they had forgotten to put a few sandwiches in our bags. My husband called to let them know and they said they’d record a credit for us. Today when we went back we reminded them of the credit. The manager argued with us and said she remembered that day and that we were wrong! Instead of continuing to argue we just said Happy Holidays, but we will never go there again! Very rude.
ordered online and accidentally ordered it wrong so i asked to get a refund and to reorder the correct drinks i wanted. the staff was rude and slammed my coffee on the table and THREW THE STRAW at my direction and was very rude and not cooperative whatsoever. staff was untrained and hard to understand.

Go here while shopping in WalMart for your coffee buzz--and get donuts or sandwiches too! Small but good! I like to get their 2 for $2 egg sandwiches which seem relatively healthy to me. Coffee is always as good as all Dunkins. They also sell gift cards, mugs, ground coffee, etc. It is a nice place to get a quick snack while spending the day shopping! Staff is always friendly and service is quick. There are a few tables to sit and enjoy your food/drink too.

Unfortunately they cant get an order right, even when ordered on the app, wrong sweetener added. Gave another try, ordered in person and didnt give a receipt, gave wrong coffee, then claimed it was what was ordered. Worth making the extra stop to not use this Dunkin.
