The wings are great - I am a big fan of the Finagel's sauce. The spicier version of their Finagel's sauce is awesome is you like spice. I had the chicken bacon jam sandwich special, and it was great. Drinks were also great - they make an excellent Tom Collins.
$9 for mediocre French fries is absolutely insane. I thought it was a prank when I got the bill the other night. Absolutely insane.

I got a plate of pasta that is $21 and was a very modest serving for a pasta dish. The wait staff gave the impression that she was more bothered than anything. The food took a longer time than it should have. They have the 3% upcharge that many restaurants are doing but you dont know it unless you look closely at your receipt. The place is also pretty dingy. Overall, a super average place to get bar food and a drink.
