Twice, I used the app and when I went in to pick it up, it wasn’t ready and no one had an explanation. Behind the counter looked like a bomb went off. Food all over the floor, etc. The person behind the counter for pick-ups was sweaty and disheveled and just shrugged his shoulders and couldn’t help me. It’s too expensive for this lack of service. 3:15 on a Saturday, no manager in site, just a bunch of kids who have no interest in doing anything more than getting through their shift. I’m done with this place.

During a recent visit, I observed a food handling concern. An employee dropped a chunk of pepperoni on the floor, briefly rinsed it in the sink, and placed it back in the ingredient case. When I raised the issue, both the employee and another who appeared to be a supervisor indicated that this was acceptable and reflected what management had instructed.
I’m sharing this to encourage management to review food safety practices and ensure staff are properly trained.

Food was fine, a d staff was nice but they completely messed up more order. Forgot several toppings on the 2 sandwiches we ordered
Wonderful friendly staff who went out their way to make sure my pocket book, which I had left in the restaurant, was returned to me. Greatly appreciative of the honest person who found it and the staff at Jersey Mike's. I hope the positive karma heads to each of you.

Three times I placed my order on the app and each time it was incorrect. I will be taking my business to Primo Hoagies or Wawa instead. You can't even call the Clinton location and speak to someone which is ridiculous.
