The negative reviews are from people who ordered the wrong thing or got unlucky with service. But end of the day they have a damn good Italian that isn't stupid expensive and that's what matters

Just Subs is my favorite local sub shop. The owner and all employees are super nice, and subs are delicious. My last sub though was a bit more bread and less meat (sliced by owner) and was very disappointing and hard to eat, but I’m hoping that was a fluke and simply an “off” day. Still giving a 5 star rating as subs are usually excellent - I will update my review though in the future accordingly after my next visit or two.
