I went to a dinner one night. I went to Rosemarie’s Cucina in Clinton NJ. The food was delicious and they buy the food every morning. It opens at 5:00 but you can go earlier if you want coffee and bake goods. You can still get baked goods if you go later. That’s why you should go to Rosemarie’s Cucina.

Memorable food in a cozy, homey atmosphereMy husband and I were traveling and had a delicious Italian dinner here. We started with the Tuscan lentil soup, house salad and dinner rolls. Everything was masterfully prepared from scratch with lovely fresh ingredients. The texture of the lentils was just right and the berries on our salad were a treat. Our mains were veggie lasagna and manicotti. Both were delicious, generous portions -- enough for the dinner the following night. We closed out our memorable meal with chocolate cake and sfogliatelle. Yum. This is a very casual restaurant that offers amazing food. It is decorated with memorabilia, collectibles, and folk art. The chef and hostess were very friendly and added to our enjoyment of the experience. Note: BYOB

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! The food is absolutely delicious!!!! This Italian Restuarant, in my opinion, is the best in Clinton. The owners and staff are customer focused and if you need an ingredient changed in a dish ordered, they are more than willing to go the extra mile to make certain that you are satisfied. The atmosphere is warm and quaint which leaves one feeling very relaxed and comfortable. Be sure to dine in this restaurant, you'll be glad you did!

What a charming little restaurant! The owners are very nice and attentive. I had the stuffed mushrooms which were very soft and sweet, the vegetarian lasagna with red sauce which I found very savory, and a blueberry lemon scone which popped without being too sweet.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian lasagna

Quaint neighborhood restaurant. The most friendly and gracious service by the owners. The food was delicious. Ordered the special- surprised in the end at the price but in retrospect it was delicious and worth it. The bolognese my son ordered was delicious! I will definitely go back with my entire family to enjoy. Worth the drive from the run of the mill restaurants of Flemington.

We had a horrible experience here from start to finish. Don't listen to any of the positive reviews. This place is a joke. First of all the entire restaurant has three tables in it. Second of all they serve you dinner in small to go containers!! I was shocked at this and so was the family sitting by us. Can't they afford to buy actual ceramic plates to serve their food on??! They also give you plastic utensils. The waitress there is also the co owner. She is completely clueless. She made so many mistakes it was laughable. By the way our pizza and appetizer came to $49!! Anyway the so called chef there apparently doesn't know what roasted peppers are. He gave us regular pieces of pepper on our pizza. The waitress asked us if we would like some bread to go with our dinners. She never told us there would be a change for it! I've never been to a restaurant where they asked if you wanted bread and then charged for it. Then she charges us for drinks that we never even got! We brought our own drinks since it's BYOB. Then she charged us more for our food then what the prices said on the menu. Needless to say we brought all this up to her when we got our bill. She got the "chef"/ owner over and he started arguing with us and getting nasty. It was extremely uncomfortable and very unprofessional. Everything was THEIR mistake but yet the owner never apologized or admitted to any wrong doing. This place won't be around much longer. A lot of bad attitudes, cheap atmosphere and mistakes galore. The only nice person that works there is a high school girl. I feel sorry for her. Don't waste your time or hard earned money
