We had a wonderful dinner at Rosemarie’s Cucina! We had a Caesar salad and Pizza Margherita with prosciutto. Both were freshly made and delicious! We highly recommend you try it!
Very good Italian food from the appetizer (Rosito balls with vodka sauce) to the meals (chicken with gnocchi in a cream pesto sauce and boneless pork chop) to dessert (homemade cannolis.) This place has been around for a while and is a very small restaurant - 7 tables inside which seat about 20 people - there are 3 or 4 tables outside for extra seating. Rosemarie's Cucina is a gem! Traveling from newark airport to allentown and wanted a nice comforting Italian meal.
