I ordered cornbread, potato salad, coleslaw slaw, macaroni salad and baked beans for a personal gathering. Let me tell you, almost everything was gone, it was hit (especially the baked beans and potato salad)! My catering order was ready on time and was placed neatly in my car. Shout out to Kevin, the owner who arrived on the scene and gave his best wishes for a successful event (which it was -- it didn't rain)!
I'm gonna give five stars but take one off for the ribs.Im a bbq connoisseur.The caramelization was great,sauce was good, nice pink ring.The ribs where too fatty and I know that could be they did not trim them enough.The meat that was caramelized was excellent just too much fat for my likings.The beans where great huge chunk of brisket in them,and the mac and cheese hit hard! I and others would also like to see a combo meat meal like brisket and ribs.I know they make killer...
It's jit our furst time, but damn did they get big! We've been going to them since they had a single smore lmao! Now theve got trucks, 6 smokers, tables! Still the same great vibe!
