This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced! This place is relatively new within the last year and half and the workers there never have it together! For a fast food place in Hunterdon County, it’s an embarrassment and who knows where the workers are coming from? I’ve tried it 5 or 6 times now to keep giving them a second chance, but today was the last time. When they repeatedly can’t get the app scanner to work for food I’ve earned, it’s a problem. When they are out of Coke, the best seller, that’s a problem. When the food looks unpresentable and sloppy, that’s a problem. I’ve had to deal with at least 1 incompetent worker every time. This last time, it took the girl 5 times to get a simple 3 item request correct in the drive thru. I’m not sure why also, but this place attracts the rifraf and they have to keep the bathrooms locked which is ridiculous when I have children with me. After not being able to scan my app for food this time, I just left. That’s enough wasted time and money for me! The owner should be embarrassed! Ridiculous!
After posting this, I read the other reviews and see there is a serious problem here. Probably starting with the owner, probably never there, and the lack of accountability. No one anticipated this being a good location for a Wendy’s but with the poor service it won’t last long.

Holy Shhhh dude! Where did they hire these people and why?! These girls were literally fighting with each other and insulting one another while I was at the window. The owner clearly doesn't care cuz he knows he still making money regardless. Corporate needs to get involved.

I was excited to get. Wendy's close to home, but this one has been a disappointment. Wendy's is always slow, so I expect that, what is unexpected is how unfriendly some of the staff is. Some are quite nice, but others are just plain rude. Unless they just want the highway customers and alienate the repeat locals, the owner should send some undercover shoppers to rectify.

Would rate zero but it won't let me. This is NOT fast food at all in terms of service. Felt like the staff was having competition to see who could move slowest. Only reason we selected this location was its proximity to interstate. Never again.
Linda's attitude was DISGUSTING! We placed a very large order and were missing several items. She told my partner that we were lying about missing those items. There was another man at the window waiting for items she forgot from his order also. She argued about french fries saying she put them into the bag when they were not in there. There was a gentleman who bagged up the missing items and then she proceeded to reach her hand in and grab the fries out with her bare hands. She was observed eating fries as she was walking to the window. Why would I want you to touch food I'm going to consume with your bare hands that you were just touching your mouth with. When I asked her to stop touching the food, she said that nobody wears gloves in their restaurant and what's the problem? I asked for her name and she slammed the window shut in my face. I'm absolutely disgusted by LINDA'S behavior and lack of customer service. This was a horrible experience and I order weekly. I will not be returning.

Food tasted fine as expected, but the person prepping the food was SLOOOW! She also made and remade ours since she put tomatoes on and it said no tomatoes. Should have been in and out and just too long with only 2 people on line.

More concerned with you driving ahead so they look like they have good service times. The bread on the regular chicken and brlurger tasted like cardboard. Barely any toppings so it was completely tastless.
