Skip the dining in, there is NO experience. They will not interact with you- you must order at a kiosk, they barely make eye contact when they give you the food, and your order will probably be wrong. It is a modern dining room, cold both in temperature and social terms. I'll just use the drive thru next time 👍

Stopped in for a late lunch at 2:30pm. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, waiting to order. No one even looked my way. Then I ordered from the kiosk, then stood waiting for order for 10 more minutes, clerk finally came for payment, that took another 10 minutes. When I finally got my sandwtit was third rate. Service and food here are all third rate. Keep looking unless you want to waste an hour getting some fast food.

Literally the slowest Wendy's ive ever been to and the person taking orders at the drive through doesn't understand English very well....
Was not open when i was there-very disappointed
The inside is closed at 10:15 when they close nowhere near that time for them to clean the floor now causing a line of cars to be waiting infront of the store and could not go in to get what we wanted in the first place aka a specific zero sugar drink that has been not zero sugar in the past if ordered from the drive through and with the drink being for a diabetic we would rather not cause a coma over a drink
Edit:had to make full 1 Star after yet another bad experience giving them another try and for the special sauce meal no sauces at all
Edit: again how hard is it to follow simple directions??? Like this is hurting my brain how a place can mess my order up sooooo many times… beyond ridiculous…

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed a door dash order and called just to ask if they could give extra ranch packets because there was no way to add them or pay for more on the app. As soon as I mentioned I had placed an order the guy hung up on me and wouldn't take my calls after. Extremely rude and poor customer service.

The drive through sometimes is rough understanding the employees. This week we went and it was much better. Very good service.

Went through the drive thru and the employees do not listen. Instead of waiting for you to finish your order, they interrupt you to ask is there anything else.. if they were patient & wait until a person is finished speaking, they would know if you want to order anything else or not

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever experienced! This place is relatively new within the last year and half and the workers there never have it together! For a fast food place in Hunterdon County, it’s an embarrassment and who knows where the workers are coming from? I’ve tried it 5 or 6 times now to keep giving them a second chance, but today was the last time. When they repeatedly can’t get the app scanner to work for food I’ve earned, it’s a problem. When they are out of Coke, the best seller, that’s a problem. When the food looks unpresentable and sloppy, that’s a problem. I’ve had to deal with at least 1 incompetent worker every time. This last time, it took the girl 5 times to get a simple 3 item request correct in the drive thru. I’m not sure why also, but this place attracts the rifraf and they have to keep the bathrooms locked which is ridiculous when I have children with me. After not being able to scan my app for food this time, I just left. That’s enough wasted time and money for me! The owner should be embarrassed! Ridiculous!
After posting this, I read the other reviews and see there is a serious problem here. Probably starting with the owner, probably never there, and the lack of accountability. No one anticipated this being a good location for a Wendy’s but with the poor service it won’t last long.

& again, I use my rewards in a mobile order and they don’t give me all my items. It never fails, EVERYTIME I COME TO THIS WENDYS SOMETHING IS MISSING!

Holy Shhhh dude! Where did they hire these people and why?! These girls were literally fighting with each other and insulting one another while I was at the window. The owner clearly doesn't care cuz he knows he still making money regardless. Corporate needs to get involved.

I was excited to get. Wendy's close to home, but this one has been a disappointment. Wendy's is always slow, so I expect that, what is unexpected is how unfriendly some of the staff is. Some are quite nice, but others are just plain rude. Unless they just want the highway customers and alienate the repeat locals, the owner should send some undercover shoppers to rectify.

Awful experience, didn’t even order our food and just decided to drive away. No one answered the speaker or window, they just looked at us and continued ignoring us. SLOW just SLOW. Do better
