This is literally the worse Wendy’s, waited over 30 minutes each time I’ve been here. Found hair in my burger. This place is garbage.

I ordered from Uber Eats. I showed the serial number of my order and the withdrawal of the money in my account and they said they didn’t have any order from me. How can they not know to solve this issue? Very disappointing

Absolutely horrible experience, took over 30 minutes to get our food and gave my friend trouble about getting his saying they didn’t have a confirmed order for him. Absolutely horrible how does a Wendy’s take 30 mins for food. Terrible terrible.

I stopped there this evening and ordered 4 meals. They asked me to pull around to the door and wait for my food. Eventually they brought my food, but no drinks. While they got my drinks I checked the food and everything was cold. I couldn't wait longer to complain to the manager or get a refund because I was already late to pick up my kids. After checking my history I saw that I sat there for 18 minutes waiting for cold old food. Spend your money at McDonalds.

My chicken was undercooked and the meat of the hamburger was undercooked as well. Having to spend almost 30 dolares for a undercooked meal isn't good.

Honestly there should be an option to rate this below ZERO. The Drive-Thru treatment from the beginning of the conversation, the rudeness, the foul attitude, the inability to listen, the aggressive interruption, the persistent lying and the girl’s desire to feel the need to be heard… makes this experience an all-time low. With an employee like this, Wendy may want to change her name. I’m not being sarcastic. Quite frankly, to make a long story short, once we finally got the manager Carmen to realize the escalated situation and take our order, even she admitted that they’ve had negative issues with this particular employee. I’m hoping for her dismissal so that no one else receives this person’s unprofessional behavior and also hopeful that this is a good learned lesson for this ‘lost’ individual. I truly believe this Branch should really re-evaluate the type of employee they are hiring. There’s a reason why their rating is 2.9 and now below with my rating . Good luck!!!

I never give one star reviews, but this place is horrible. The food taste well but the service and employees are useless. But go ahead and wait 30 minutes to get your food. More importantly, it says they’re open till 10 PM but they lock the doors at 9:30 and go laze around. At least change your timing is online so we aren’t sitting outside waiting like idiots in the cold.

Wendy's in Clinton needs more staff. It's supposed to be a fast-food place, but it took them about 30 minutes to give me my order, and it was the wrong order. This happened during my work break, and I ended up missing my entire break because of it.

I tried to use the drive through. Waited 15mins cars would not move so I pulled out of the line and left. Service here is slow and I can see the workers just standing around through the drive through window.

We stopped here on a road trip for some quick food. We pulled into the drive through and there was one person in front of us. They were asked to pull forward to allow room for us to pull up to the window. We then pulled forward as much as we could and the drive through attendant told us not to go any farther. Not even 2 minutes later the car behind us was laying on the horn and we had no where to go. It took about 20 minutes to get our food and when we had gotten the food the drinks looked right. Because people were still honking at us we pulled away. When we opened the bag not a single thing we had ordered was correct. We got 2 burger combo meals and a 10 piece nugget. We received 3 4 piece nuggets, with a random handful of sauces, 2 bacon burgers with a ridiculous amount of mayo, and loaded fries. No plain fries, no ketchup, nothing we had actually ordered. By the time we had opened up our food it had already taken too long to get the incorrect order so we were not going to turn around for the correct one. Very unhappy with this experience as we have only had good experiences with Wendy’s in the past. And the sodas which we thought had been correct turned out to be wrong as well.

Super slow order fulfillment at 9:30 pm!! With only 1 other customer in the store, it took 13 minutes to fulfill an order of small fries and small chili. I got a soda too and had to fill it myself. Also, they didn’t have any baked potatoes left so that had to be refunded. Not sure what is going on at this location - seems like they are moving in reverse.

Skip the dining in, there is NO experience. They will not interact with you- you must order at a kiosk, they barely make eye contact when they give you the food, and your order will probably be wrong. It is a modern dining room, cold both in temperature and social terms. I'll just use the drive thru next time 👍

Stopped in for a late lunch at 2:30pm. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes, waiting to order. No one even looked my way. Then I ordered from the kiosk, then stood waiting for order for 10 more minutes, clerk finally came for payment, that took another 10 minutes. When I finally got my sandwtit was third rate. Service and food here are all third rate. Keep looking unless you want to waste an hour getting some fast food.
